A well respected physician, Dr. Ankrehah Trimble Johnson, DO (aka Dr. Kre) is Board Certified in the area of Family Medicine, and is the owner/operator of Brownstone Healthcare and Aesthetics in Birmingham, Alabama. She is also a public speaker, Coach, and Mastermind. In addition, her expertise is sought after most amongst women, specifically Working Wives. She is an innovator in the area of helping working wives obtain balance physically, mentally, and emotionally. Dr. Kre helps working wives get over life hurdles and educates them on how to make sure your career does not over shadow your husband, brilliant kids, or home life. One key thing she finds herself emphasizing is self care and how despite if you are the hardest working woman your business you should not be the least cared for in your life.
Dr. Kre has several small groups of working wives that span across the country that she coaches, mentors, and counsels. As a very down to earth physician she offers relentless love, support, prayers, hugs and an unforgettable smile. Dr. Kre’s aura and southern accent has drawn people far and wide to her practice. As a working wife herself she is relatable and attracts wives that are looking for a personal and confidential community.
Dr. Kre has been voted as one of the Top Doctors in Medicine and Top Women in Medicine amongst her peers. Dr. Kre also shares her medical expertise via her popular Facebook Live series entitled Dr. Kre & Me which bring community awareness about common medical diseases. She also has a weekly show for working wives called Bedtime Tea with Dr. Kre where she attacks various areas that affect the day to day of overwhelmed working wives.
Dr. Kre earned her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, Missouri. She completed her residency at St. Vincent’s East Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama. Dr. Kre is Jay’s dedicated wife and number one fan and Zoe Grace’s awesome mommy!
