Dr. Felecia Sumner is a board-certified family medicine physician, wellness strategist, nationally-recognized speaker, best-selling author and lover of chocolate. As a woman who personally struggled with and reversed her own PCOS dynamics, Dr Sumner now uses functional medicine to help other women with hormonal imbalance effectively advocate for themselves in the doctor’s office. This is so they can naturally improve their symptoms so they can give back to this world at their fullest potential.

Dr. Sumner is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and Crozer Family Medicine Residency with additional training from the Institute for Functional Medicine, School of Applied Functional Medicine, and Functional Medicine University.

Of personal note, Dr. Sumner lives in Pennsylvania with her loving husband and 3 daughters. She is the owner and physician at Synergize Direct Primary Care – a medical practice providing personalized and wholistic care for the entire family through a membership-based model.
