Dr. Leslie-Ann Williams (also fondly called Dr. Leslie, Dr. Happy Feet or Dr. Sunshine by patients and staff) is a board certified physician. She is trained in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. As a native of Trinidad and Tobago Dr. Williams is a compassionate doctor who infuses her practice with ebullience; she is one of the most down to earth doctors you will encounter.

She has traveled worldwide on medical missions as this is her passion. Her upbringing in Trinidad incorporated a delicate marriage of science and the arts. As a result, Dr. Williams is an accomplished actor, dancer, singer. She has produced personal narratives for the stage and recognizes the transformative power of narrative.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University with a major in Biochemistry and Microbiology. She also earned a Masters of Arts degree in Education where she had a particular interest in transformative pedagogy. Dr. Williams received her medical degree from Wayne State University in Detroit and completed a residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in Phoenix, Arizona.

In her time off, Dr. Williams enjoys traveling, photography, writing and quality time with friends and family.
