Dr. Omolara Olowoyeye, MD/MPH is a board-certified dermatologist practicing in Bethesda, MD. She earned her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from Dartmouth College, an Ivy League institution, in Genetics, Cell, & Developmental Biology and later went on to earn a Masters in Public Health.
She earned her medical degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine and completed her residency at the Johns Hopkins University Hospital, Department of Dermatology. In addition, she also completed two additional years of training as a Wound Fellow where she learned to treat various types of wounds.
Dr. Olowoyeye is board certified with the American Board of Dermatology and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatology Surgery, and Women’s Dermatology Society.

She has called D.C. and Maryland home for many years since her medical training years through clinical practice. Her clinical interests include cosmetic dermatology, ethnic skin dermatology, skin exams, skin cancers, surgical dermatology, and general dermatology. She has authored multiple medical publications and has worked on various research projects in ethnic skin dermatology, keloids, skin aging, laser treatments, skin regeneration, and wound healing.
Dr. Olowoyeye is currently accepting new patients including pediatrics and adult patients at her new private practice, Radiance Dermatology, a newly constructed, state-of-the-art, medical facility in Bethesda, Maryland. She also provides various cosmetic treatments and procedures for interested patients. Telemedicine visits are also possible for new and existing patients.
