Due to her commitment to excellence in surgical care, she went on to pursue a fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center. She has been recognized for her compassion as well as her commitment to quality of care to her patients. She is passionate about medical education, surgical simulation and the alleviation of disparities in gynecologic outcomes.
Dr. Awosogba is committed to radical self-care, taking time to read historical fiction novels on her e-reader, go to the gym, hike, and periodically try her hand at new outdoor activities.
